Abstract:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in Human Resource Management (HRM), enabling organizations to shift from traditional administrative practices to intelligent, data-driven, and employee-centric systems. Rather than replacing human expertise, AI is increasingly being integrated to augment decision-making, improve workforce planning, enhance employee engagement, and create sustainable organizational value. The present study investigates the strategic role of Human–AI collaboration in modern HRM and examines its influence on organizational agility, employee experience, and business performance. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive research design based on responses collected from employees and HR professionals across organizations representing different industrial sectors. Statistical techniques including descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing are employed to evaluate the relationship between AI-enabled HR practices and organizational outcomes. The findings reveal that organizations implementing AI-assisted recruitment, predictive workforce analytics, intelligent learning platforms, and virtual HR assistants experience improved operational efficiency, faster decision-making, enhanced employee satisfaction, and stronger organizational adaptability. However, challenges including ethical concerns, algorithmic bias, data privacy, inadequate digital competencies, and resistance to technological change continue to influence successful AI implementation. The study emphasizes that sustainable organizational success depends not merely on AI adoption but on effective collaboration between human intelligence and artificial intelligence. The paper contributes to the growing literature on digital HR transformation by proposing a strategic framework for responsible AI adoption while highlighting managerial implications for developing future-ready organizations. The study concludes that organizations adopting balanced Human–AI collaboration are better positioned to achieve competitive advantage in an increasingly digital business environment.
