Abstract:

This study examines the impact of talent management practices on organizational competitiveness, with a particular focus on the mediating role of employee engagement. Drawing on the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capability Theory, the research adopts a descriptive and analytical design using primary data collected from 210 employees across IT, finance, and manufacturing sectors. A structured questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale was employed, and data were analyzed using SPSS 28 and AMOS 28.
