Abstract:

Employee engagement has emerged as a critical factor influencing organizational performance in contemporary workplaces. This study explores the relationship between employee engagement and organizational performance using quantitative analysis. Data were collected from 250 employees across multiple industries, and statistical tools were applied to examine the strength and direction of this relationship. Findings indicate a significant positive correlation between employee engagement and various performance indicators, including productivity, profitability, and innovation. The study emphasizes the importance of engagement strategies to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
