Abstract:

Modern technological advancements offer new avenues to address the pressing issue of women’s safety in society. With increasing instances of assault and harassment, there is a clear demand for quick-response systems that provide support in real-time. The developed Android application serves as a personal security tool, utilizing features such as GPS-based location tracking, automated image capture, SOS alerts, and cloud integration via Firebase. In critical situations, it facilitates immediate transmission of the user’s live location and visual data to pre-defined emergency contacts. The app emphasizes simplicity and reliability through an accessible user interface and continuous connectivity. By combining mobility, cloud storage, and smart detection, this solution fills key gaps in existing safety infrastructures and supports rapid response during emergencies.
