Abstract:

This study is conducted to examine the impact of Talent Management on achieving organisational excellence. Recruitment and selection, training and development, talent retention and career panning are the different aspects of talent management strategies and are the factors which influence organisational excellence This study has considered the impact of talent management strategies on organisational performance from the perspective of excellence in leadership, excellence in operations and service delivery excellence. To achieve the objective of the study a structured questionnaire was used as the tool of primary data collection from bank employees. The study reveals that the factors of talent management have a significant and positive influence on achieving organisational excellence.
