Abstract:

The AI-Based Mock Interview Evaluator is a smart solution aimed at improving interview readiness by integrating models that assess emotions and confidence. Unlike traditional mock interviews, which often overlook non-verbal communication, this system uses artificial intelligence to evaluate facial expressions, speech patterns, and language use during interviews. It provides in-depth feedback on the interviewee’s emotional state and confidence levels, offering a more realistic and effective practice experience. The platform adapts to each user by generating personalized interview questions and delivering detailed reports that highlight emotional cues and pinpoint areas for development. This helps candidates build the soft skills necessary to succeed in real interviews. As the job market becomes increasingly competitive, this AI-driven tool enhances interview preparation and delivers valuable insights for both job seekers and employers, ultimately supporting more successful hiring decisions.
