Abstract:

In daily life, there are numerous instances where queues are formed. Queuing theory is a mathematical study that is highly beneficial in analyzing the process of queuing in our everyday lives. This theory is applicable not only in our day-to-day activities but also in various fields such as computer programming, networks, medicine, and banking. In this paper, we will examine the fundamental aspects of queuing theory and its practical applications.
