Abstract:

This study investigates how employee performance at Ruby Builders in India is affected by training and development. Regression analysis and descriptive statistics are used to assess how well their training programs are working. Findings reveal that most respondents are young, unmarried, hold master’s degrees, and have limited work experience. Regression analysis shows a significant positive relationship between training aspects (job knowledge, problem-solving, communication) and employee confidence in decision-making and skill application. A positive correlation exists between increased work output and improved time management. While overall job satisfaction shows a weak negative correlation with training's contribution to it, the study generally indicates that Ruby Builders' training programs positively influence employee job knowledge, skills, productivity, and motivation, contributing to individual and organizational effectiveness.
