Abstract:

“There are no great people in this world, only great challenges which ordinary people rise to meet”- William Fedrick Hasley Jr. American Navy admiral during World War II The world today enters a very unstable face. As countries rise and fall what keeps the country still running is their management. Is management only related to business? Well! No management goes beyond just organisations, business, companies, non – Government organisations. A simple meaning of management would be the control or organisation of something. Management today in every field may it be human resources, finance, marketing, public administration and Government seems to be facing emerging challenges and issues. The current paper throws light on the emerging issues and challenges being faced in management. Suggestions how to face these challenges and issues in Management have been penned down.
