The study looks at how financial reporting systems, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence would work in a business environment. The main question is whether companies are adopting AI technology to improve their decision-making processes as part of digital transformation projects. The main purpose is to establish how much financial analytics can be improved through interlinked systems; promote strategic innovation, and create sustainable corporate megavalue embedded in intelligent data-driven decision-making processes. Neural Networks are found to be very effective tools for calibrating results in the financial accounting environment. It is quite effective at processing complex sets of operational financial data, recognizing patterns, and Predicting predictions: ushering in new transformative possibilities. Only through advanced analytics, automation, and adaptive decision support capabilities will organizations navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing business environment. This incorporation of a game theory payoff matrix into the AI decision-making tool gives a strategic construct under which decision-maker interactions can be analyzed, considering competitive and dynamic environments when making strategic decisions.
