Abstract:

The management of any orgainsation shows much interest in knowing what their employees think and feel about their job as well as their involvement and dedication for the growth of the organisation. This study aims at understanding the relationship between Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), Employee Engagement and Discriminatory Work Practices (DWP). The data collection was done by self administered questionnaire from 13 respondents from 10 different banks. This study reveals Organisational Citizenship Behaviour is positively related to Employee engagement and Discriminatory Work Practice is negatively related. Research can be carried out for better understanding the relationship between OCB and DWP.
