Abstract:

Our project aims to utilize advanced Using machine learning and image processing methods for stress detection in employees. Unlike Earlier stress detection systems did not provide real-time detection and individualized counselling., our system includes both, and regularly analyses employees to identify their levels of physical and mental stress. The system provides proper remedies for stress management and periodically distributes survey forms to employees. The main objective of our system is to promote a healthy and positive working environment, enabling employees to performtheir best during working hours. Our system is designed to be user-friendly, easily understandable, and incorporates classic Machine Learning algorithm.
