Abstract:

Construction Project Management involves different categories of management like Resource management, Procurement management, Inventory management, Financial management etc., but all these directly and indirectly rely on approach of decision makings. Decision making plays an important role in construction management. Also experience plays a major role in decision making process. Since lack of experience may also leads to various problems. Lack of decision making skills leads to cost overruns, time delays and it affects the healthy sequence of a project at every phase of construction. Therefore, this project deals with the selection and implementing the appropriate and effective method of scientific approach among various approaches on decision making in a construction project.
