Abstract:

Generative learning has come to the mainstream lately, with several popular applications like “ChatGPT”,“Image to Image Translation” and “3D Object’s Generation” Generative learning has been in the headlines since the beginning of the last decade when it could create “Fake Art” and “Voice mimicry”. It has caused several concerns related to the area of Philosophy and ethics of computing in general and in the area of Artificial Intelligence or AI in particular. There is an immediate need to define original and ownership of Intellectual Property of the owner of the original creation, vis a vis legitimate use with full credit by subsequently inspired creators.
